I sing only the highest praises for Erika. She was absolutely fantastic and went well above and beyond even the most dedicated of realtors. I was an unusual client in that I was mainly looking for a specific kind of land, but was still interested in viewing some homes if they met some qualifications. Consequently, I searched for far longer than the average client, so I worked with Erika over the span of a couple of years. She was always energetic, friendly, engaging and offering advice. She walked through dense forests and up EXTREMELY steep hills with me in rain, snow, and summer heat and humidity to reach parts of land properties, where I thought a amazing view might be located. She sought out other professionals to come view some of the lands with me to offer me advice about building or logistics as well. If she came across a property listing she thought I might like, she notified me individually. She even drove to remote locations from St. Louis over 2 hours away for showings. She helped protect me from potential problems as well when we had one contract fall through due to easement legalities. When I finally found the property I was looking for, she made the process smooth and super easy, finding me a remote online service to close with since I was in a different city from the title company. I plan to continue to work with Erika and reach out to her when it comes time to build a home on the land that I've purchased.
